First time that I bought a key on keywrld, I'm not going to do it never again. I bought a Windows 11 Pro key, once I tried to activate the key, it returned an error that key was already used.Chatbot didn't help, instead, I wasn't even able to continue the chat further after it gave me another key that didn't work either. Done the process with chatbox one more time, the result didn't change.The fact that I cannot chat further with the chatbox makes me think that they are not willing to give support to customers.Don't buy on this site, go elsewhere.PS: on their site, there isn't even a support email, nor a refund process.
