In my search for a new cookie consent plugin and trying many, I found WPLP Compliance Platform. I started with the free version and had some trouble. The support was quick to respond and doing all they could to help fix the issue. In the end it was my Chrome Malwarebytes Browser Guard. Once it was disabled all worked perfectly. Support didn't stop there, I sent them Chrome inspect screenshots of the errors and they are actively working on a fix for that. I feel finally I found the BEST cookie consent plugin out there. Having a great plugin is one thing but having reliable, compassionate and knowledgeable support is what really puts WPLP Compliance Platform at the top of the list. Buy Pro, it is worth it! DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I have not succeeded in getting the paid licence to work - software always showing 'get upgrade', resulting in many problems. The country selector always defaults back to the US, making it useless for most of the world. Many legal pages return a mix of text and html, making them unuseable The support link goes to a 404, as do many of their other website links. Despite the guarantee, no refund, just a 404 page. The problems go on and on. In my opinion, this piece of junk is no more than a work of fraud.
