Theft, bulgary but I should have com here before.... that's the mail I received informing me that the goods were snt back but not to them.... a joke as I read thus is often used as excuse not to deliver : 'If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. Will that be acceptable? 'Of course I do not agree and ket them know ckearly that' called at the least 'bad runned business if they do not have insurance' or simply theft, that's my opinion.

My colleagues and I are always present at our office, and there is absolutely no reason why the parcel should have been returned by the local post office. I trusted your company to deliver my order, and it is your responsibility to resolve this issue in a manner that does not further inconvenience me.Failure to resolve this matter to my satisfaction will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint to consumer protection agencies and share my experience publicly to warn others about this poor service.I expect your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
I was very dubious about the site but they had those lovely vintage Christmas lights and I couldn't resist. The delivery took a bit of time but they arrived and are really lovely. Received a tracking number and regular update. I'm very happy with the product.
