I found this company through a Google search and regret my decision. I wanted to buy a Japanese kimono as a gift, and this was what the company offered. I chose one that appeared nice and of good quality in the online images, but unfortunately, that was not the case upon arrival. The material looked cheap and was a flimsy nylon, with poor quality finishing around the neckline. The belt was thin and inadequate. It was labeled as one size, but as a size 14, it barely closed across my body and was quite see-through. The colors were nothing like those shown online. My delivery email indicated that the kimono was shipped from China, which was not mentioned at the time of ordering from a company claimed to be in France. There was no way I could gift this item, and I was very disappointed. After following the return instructions and requesting a return label, I received a delayed response offering a partial refund while allowing me to keep the kimono, which I declined. After a few days without a reply, I threatened to involve my credit card company, which prompted them to say they would send a return label, but nothing arrived. I initiated a chargeback, and suddenly I was issued a refund with the option to keep the kimono. I eventually received my refund. In conclusion, avoid this company; their kimonos are sourced from China, not Japan. I've since found the same kimono on another platform at half the price, shipped directly from China. If I could give zero stars, I would for the poor quality and customer service. Stay away at all costs.
