Working with Kinetic Hosting has been great. It's been very easy to set up my account and server as well as downloading mods and customizing the server how I want it. The only thing I've had trouble with is getting plugins to download and sometimes it's not certain whether the plugins being displayed are compatible with the type of server I'm running. I'm certain though that as I learn more about running servers I will figure it out.
I've been using Kinetic for quite a while, I am in fact partnered with them.I've hosted both minecraft servers & discord bots on this hosting service, and so far it has been an amazing experience, I have had little to no issues with them, aside from a few issues on their end that they quickly fixed, the support I've gotten is the best support experience out of any host i've ever seen.All of my support tickets have been responded within 24 hours, sometimes even before I finish typing my message out!I highly recommend using this host for whatever you need, It's the best host you can get.

Kinetic has some really good customer support.I originally used Apex Hosting and I was not impressed at all with how I was treated by their support staff; I had a big problem with my server and I needed help from them but they practically refused to help me and I had to solve the problem on my own.After that I switched to Kinetic Hosting and I've had great customer support from them. They have always been helpful and they respond almost as fast as Apex Hosting at times.10/10 would suggest them if you want a decent priced and stable server.
