Tech support Nathan has been very helpful, was very patient and supporting, the problem i've experienced was a long and difficult one, more than a hour and a half trying to work until it was solved by him, explained everything thoroughly and very detailed, 5/5 experience
I accidently lost the progress of my instance as i was creating a new instance but the support helped me out and brought it back. The support responded fast and was very helpfull and kind. i was about to cry but now im glad that there was o much help and ive got back my progress! Im so happy!!!!
