There are a lot of different server hosting options out there. In terms of what different companies provide in terms of customization and price, there is no doubt competition. Nevertheless, Kinetic Hosting has great performance at good prices, the icing on the cake being their amazing support team. Fast, transparent, and helpful. They understand that good communication with customers is how you run a strong business. I wouldn't feel comfortable having anyone else host my servers.

Hosting seems fine. Only problem I have is that the people who run this, Dapper Fox Group, are... pretty scummy and immature people. They host partnered servers, yet do very petty things like ban new players for no reason, and ignore any criticism by permanently banning them. Support requests were made, and met with a permanent ban as well.Would not recommend using a service by these people.Edit: Nope, I am replying to Kinetic Network, another part of Kinetic Hosting. The people who run it are direct workers at this place and run the server. This is not the wrong place to review, and I did not make this review to be angry about a ban on a server hosted by you guys, but a server you guys officially own and manage yourselves. Your support was atrocious, and it paints your entire business in a poor light.The people in question here are Artaeth, Chickon98, and SleepingTea, all of which have direct links as employees of KineticHosting.Edit 2: Any trustpilot for kinetic network so i can move my review there instead? And, SleepingTea and Chickon98 are both at KineticHosting -- it's on the site... and I would assume Artaeth who is marked as a programmer for kinetic hosting would work at well kinetic hosting.Edit 3: I saw it on LinkedIn. Shows that she is a programmer at this company. I've seen SleepingTea and Chickon both very active, and they both display as part of the support team on kinetichosting site, and therefore the review of the fact that these two people who are on your team are bad is a valid review.Edit 4: I only stated it because it would still leave my bad mark while getting you to not complain to Trustpilot about getting your 1 stars removed. Why do you care anyway? Your website doesn't use Trustpilot to show the ratings, it just has an image stored on your servers. Lmao.Edit 5: I will make a review there as well. This is still affiliated, and "Cody" "Chris" and "Thomas" all display at kinetichosting.net support chat, and these are some of the immature staff (based on profile pictures at least). The main people of KineticHosting are the ones accused here, and it paints a bad image on the service. Whether or not I've used it or not isn't really the point here, since it's perfectly fine for me to complain about your guys poor staffing.
