If only everyone was as efficient as these guys ! Informed of approximate delivery times the day before, and then received a message before delivery on the morning that they would deliver at 10:10, and arrived exactly at 10:10. They then very helpfully took the two large packages and placed them in my garden. Many thanks to Simon and Steve !
They did everything that Costco said they would. I was asked to pick a delivery date then a couple of days later they gave me a three hour time slot. I received a call from the driver about 15 mins before they arrived. They arrived promptly and were efficient, polite and professional. Great job.
Unfortunately, my item wasn’t delivered until about 20.20 hours and I wasn’t kept up to date. However, when Sal called me to say he was nearby, I was very pleased. When he arrived, he explained that the traffic had been very bad but he was such a lovely guy that I instantly forgave him!
