Good communication from start to finish. A choice of delivery days was offered via link. I received a two-hour delivery slot, which was updated by the driver through text. The driver was very friendly and polite, delivering right into the hallway.

Unacceptable service – urgent delivery needed

I am extremely frustrated with the poor service regarding my order. My delivery was scheduled for December 2nd, but it was not delivered due to an alleged driver injury. I was promised a call the next day, which never happened. I had to reach out multiple times just to get basic information. Now, after failing to meet their original commitment, the delivery is pushed to December 8th. This is utterly unprofessional. A Black Friday order delayed for almost a week with no communication is unacceptable for any logistics company. I demand my TV be delivered tomorrow or Saturday at the latest. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I will not accept another week-long wait due to their internal issues. Please arrange immediate delivery and confirm the revised time without further excuses.

Extremely poor service

I had a delivery scheduled today between 12–3pm. I took a full day off work to be present, only to receive a message during the delivery window stating my order hadn't even been loaded onto the truck and needed rescheduling. This is completely unacceptable. There was no prior notice or explanation. Communication and reliability are shockingly poor. The re-delivery is now prioritized, but it's six days later due to their incompetence. I would avoid them at all costs.

Never delivered my goods.

Confirmed receiving my goods and been holding on to them 2 weeks with no intension to deliver!!! Also ignored my emails and were not responding at all.avoid at any cost!!!
