Completely Frustrating Experience!

This is completely frustrating! I attempted to withdraw funds multiple times, but the approval process took far too long. I ended up playing the game and exhausting all the money in my account. On New Year's Eve, I managed to withdraw €3,000, but today I received an email stating that my account would be closed and my name blacklisted. I haven't done anything wrong, and I'm incredibly upset. I've been waiting for over a week and have had to chase them daily for updates on my money. Now they've closed and blacklisted my account!

Avoid this site at all costs!

This site has been the worst experience I've ever had. I attempted to make two withdrawals, but both were declined, with the claim that I violated the rules regarding bonuses. I've never placed a bet here, only played the games. They even blocked my account, alleging that I was abusive to their staff, which is completely untrue; I only stated the facts. I'm relieved they blocked me, as I've never encountered a site that seems solely focused on taking money. The odds of winning are extremely low, and the payment processing takes 14 days, if they don’t find an excuse to withhold it. I strongly advise against using this site; it's a scam, and I've reported it to the relevant authorities. It feels like it's run from a dubious location, so please stay away and don’t invest your money here.

Very disappointing experience

This site is terrible! I wish I had checked reviews beforehand, as the issues seem ongoing and need to be addressed. I've been waiting nearly 5 days for a withdrawal of 1000 euros. Beware of these con artists

Be cautious! These individuals are complete con artists. When you win initially and wish to withdraw, they request extensive proof of identity. It takes them 2 weeks to process payments, and when you win a larger amount, they claim you violated their rules and confiscate your winnings! They even state that certain bets are breaches of their terms, despite allowing them in the first place. I will continue pursuing this, as they have taken my winnings of 700 euros! This site lures you in with appealing bonuses, but if you win, they will cheat you! Anyone interested in taking action against them, please reach out.
