The company rejected my claim solely because I did not report it 'immediately.' This policy application feels unreasonable and lacks compassion. I have filed a complaint with the relevant ombudsman. If you expect fairness, look elsewhere.

Regret trusting this provider

I regret trusting this insurance provider. Their service was good initially, but they denied my claim based on a past incident that was unrelated. The lack of clarity during the sales process was frustrating. Furthermore, they mishandled my vehicle and compromised my privacy by advertising it without my consent. Extremely poor customer service

The only reason I rated this service with one star is that zero wasn't an option. Their customer service is unacceptable. I have not received any documentation despite being charged monthly, and their email responses are automated and unhelpful. I dread to think how they treat clients during the claims process. Avoid at all costs!
