I tried purchasing bitcoin through Simplex and ever received the bitcoin. They sent an email saying the purchase was cancelled and here 72 hours later still haven’t gotten any refund. They have no call line and it’s all done through email which makes getting a response from their support line impossible. Don’t use Simplex they simply do bad business and scam you out of your money.
