I write with great trepidation over my concern as to the way you have handled our business together.
My dear friend Leon, tells me that you have been very illusive and difficult to boot, in making appointments.
You have let him down so many times by failing to turn up with the required items and payment. Your promises
are empty pots of hope and honour.
The expectation of your honesty and integrity have become an embarrassment to us all. Your guarantee to me personally,
given on the 20th May 2025, has become a mouthful of hot air. There is no doubt, in all our minds, that you never intended
to be ethical in dealing with the sale or purchase of my late wife’s jewellery.
The disappointment of your shortcomings leaves me with no alternative but to take the steps to reconcile the situation and
perhaps find some solace in the outcome. Please excuse my an actions but you leave me with no choice.

James Childs Goatley is a professional con man. He steals & stalls & hires and office on a bond street with make shift girls that are accomplice stealing with him. He stalls you until he takes down his line & website… boom! Catch me if you can. He doesn’t understand that he will go to court. And to jail. Big time. I will post his recordings! He says “ you should panic!” He will gloat; yes Mr. Goatley you shall pay ever single person back - there are laws; karmic laws… hahaha! ! It’s not that easy!!!
James Charles / Jamie Goatley is a SCAMMER!James collected my Audemars Piguet watch in May to sell on consignment. 2 months later, he said that he sold it and that I would receive funds in the next 12 business days. Obviously, nothing arrived. He then said that there was a problem and that I would get the funds in the next few days. Again, nothing. In September, he offered to get a watch directly from the dealer at retail and use the money towards the new watch, as he knows an AP ambassador, so I agreed. Since then, he just came up with more excuses for not getting the new watch. James also took another watch, a Rolex, to sell on consignment in a few days. He confirmed that he sold it and gave multiple promises and deadlines for payment. Obviously, payment never came. He just came up with lots of excuses, such as: bank account blocked, got robbed, has to pay someone else, waiting for funds from someone else, etc. After googling again (and deeper), I found an article about him, how he robbed lots of other people (Olympia Mayfair was his previous scam), and I found lots of negative reviews from people in the same situation. Since then, I got in touch with the AP ambassador through my contacts, who confirmed that he knew nothing about getting me a new watch at retail (and he’s also in the same situation - not getting paid).I’ve reached out numerous times to James for an explanation and to get my money from him. All I got from him was more excuses, and this time he said that my AP is actually still with him!He told me that I will get my watch back through his solicitor and that he will write to me. Obviously, nothing from this solicitor in 2 weeks (because he doesn’t exist, it’s just another lie!)At the time of writing, no money has been sent to me, nor have I received my AP back.I will resort to contacting my contacts if I don’t receive my funds and my AP watch! A TOTAL OF £73,050 HAS BEEN STOLEN BY JAMES
Steer clear of this company. They have failed to process a payment of £3,325 for my coin, proving they are untrustworthy. They did manage to pay for scrap gold and two other coins, which made me hopeful, but that hope was misplaced. Thankfully, I didn't send them all my jewelry. For weeks, I received a stream of excuses whenever I managed to reach them, including bizarre claims of being held at gunpoint, needing to open a new bank account, getting a haircut, being out for dinner, and even just arriving home. One of the most absurd excuses came in an email, stating that the person purchasing my coin was "recently scammed and very depressed." I've accepted that I have been scammed by this company and their representative. It's unclear if anyone else is actually involved. Both the company and the representative have been reported to the authorities, who are already aware of them. The phone number I had for him now has a fraud warning, and their website has been taken down. Please do yourself a favor and avoid anyone from this company, especially if they introduce themselves as the representative.
Dont even think about using this company. Stear clear at all costs. They have failed to make a £3,325 payment for my Krugerand coin. Thus confirming they are just thieves. They made payment for scrap gold and 2 other coins, so I thought things would go well. This wasn't the case. Thank god I never sent them all my jewellery.List of excuses for weeks, that is when he answered the phone, including being held up at Gunpoint, got to open a new bank account, having a hair cut, out for dinner and even just walked in door, not even got my shoes off. One of the best was in an email I received, saying the lady buying my coin was "scammed recently and very depressed".I've come to terms with the fact that I have been scammed by James and this company. If there is actually anyone else working for them, not so sure. The company and James has been reported to the Police and Action Fraud, sadly they are already know to both services. The phone number I had for him 02080444548 has a Fraud message on and their website has been removed. Please just avoid anyone from this company especailly if they introduce themselves as James.
This is a professional con man. He stole 15,000 GBP worth of gold coins mounted on Jewellry and kept stalling payment but left a nice paper trail. He lives in Brighton. He is a professional scammer. He obviously doesn't believe in karma.
I am surprised that Kingsley & Co and James Charles Goatley is still operating. He owes me for coins that he has sold and will not pay. The best part is that he actually admitting to selling the items to someone else. Kingsley & Co rents part of a serviced office from W1 Offcie in 11-12 Old Bond Street. The only way to deal with this i by court order and outsourcing to debt collection company thereafter .Too many lies and he is a complete fraud.
James Charles pulled another scam this time with 2 close people I know. Sussex police aware he also after 2 years paid me weekly back for what he owed. Bank called me he claims a charge back! He blocks people but he can’t hide for long scammer for 15 years
