Lessons with Alex are the best you can get. He is always patient and calm and his teaching is very clear and informative. Alex’s encouraging teaching method made me feel at ease during lessons and improved my self-confidence. I learnt and improved a significant amount in a short space of time with Alex. I learnt to drive with Peter King and actually really enjoyed the experience. He is a really nice guy and very patient. He focused on ensuring I picked up only good habits and I believe the work he put in has stuck with me. I've recommended the King School of Motoring to numerous friends and colleagues over the years and continue to do so.

I cannot fault a single lesson that I had with Alex, from the very beginning he was calm and patient with me. I had attempted a few lessons with another company before I was reccomend Alex and I can honestly say the difference was substantial. Alex maintained a calm environment throughout our lessons and even when mistakes were made on my behalf he reassured me every time and that's what makes him a great instructor. I found with the other company they didn't have the people skills needed for when dealing with nerves, I was also being pressured into do more hours than I wanted and felt guilty when saying no which is something I never experienced here and for those reasons I will always recommend Alex and his company to anyone that is looking to learn how to drive, I promise he will get you passing first time easy!
My daughter is mildly dyspraxic and learning to drive was always going to be a challenge. As soon as she started lessons with Alex her confidence improved. He was reliable, patient and encouraging. Alex helped enormously with spatial awareness and his instructions were clear and relevant. My daughter always looked forward to her lessons, came back full of enthusiasm after each one and passed her driving test first time!
I had had two driving instructors and failed the 5th time with my theory certificate about to expire plus wasted about £2,000 when God sent Alex to me.He's very polite, patience, has good sence of humour and always punctual which made lessons with him very enjoyable. He supported me through it all to the very end and it's been exactly a year that i passed.I have been recommending and will always recommend them to anyone whose looking for a driving school to do lessons with as they are the BEST!!!
