We’ve been a Guidepost family for over two years, with children in programs ranging from Nido throug

We’ve been a Guidepost family for over two years, with children in programs ranging from Nido through Children’s House, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The quality of care and learning is exceptional. Every guide and staff member knows every child in the building and has a genuine connection with them. Our kids feel truly loved and safe in this environment, and as a parent, I can’t ask for anything more from the place where they spend the majority of their week.

There is a strong sense of community among the families, and the current leadership team has done an excellent job communicating with parents and creating meaningful opportunities for connection through family events and special activities. We’ve seen tremendous growth in our children, both socially and academically, and feel confident that they will graduate Guidepost fully prepared for kindergarten.

We have been at Guidepost Montessori at Montclair for the last five years, all three of my kids have attended and I could not have asked for a better school for them! I am forever grateful for the kind staff, supportive community, and beautiful Montessori environment. I feel so lucky that my children have had the opportunity to attend this school. The have always been safe, well cared for, and received an amazing education. My oldest graduated last year and was so well prepared for 1st grade and fluent in Spanish! Thank you to the amazing staff at Montclair, they are truly such a blessing!

A Fantastic Experience at the Local Montessori Program

Our journey with the local Montessori program at Hollywood Beach has been exceptional. Our son began in the Nido program and smoothly transitioned into the Toddler House, and it has been wonderful to see him flourish in such a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. The educators have been amazing with him—so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. I never had to worry while he was there because I always felt he was safe, loved, and well cared for. The administrative team is well-organized, communicative, and truly committed to providing a seamless and welcoming experience for families. We are incredibly thankful to be a part of this community and highly recommend this Montessori program.

We decided to withdraw our child from Guidepost Montessori Flower Mound in August 2025 after experie

We decided to withdraw our child from Guidepost Montessori Flower Mound in August 2025 after experiencing ongoing administrative disorganization and classroom-related concerns that were not adequately addressed by school leadership. As parents, we raised our concerns expecting clear communication and corrective action, but unfortunately this did not happen.

After withdrawing, the school confirmed in writing that we were owed a refund of $2,156, including deposits and an overpayment. We were informed that a refund check had been requested.

Despite this confirmation, months passed with no refund issued. We followed up multiple times with school administration and regional management and were later told that refunds were being handled by a new entity due to a change in ownership. Even after being redirected and resending documentation, we experienced long periods with no response and no payment.

The lack of transparency and accountability throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. When a school fails both in addressing family concerns and in honoring its financial commitments, it raises serious concerns about management practices.

I strongly recommend that families clarify administrative processes, escalation paths, and refund timelines before enrolling.

Our family has had such a positive experience with Guidepost Montessori at Verona that I felt compel

Our family has had such a positive experience with Guidepost Montessori at Verona that I felt compelled to share. Our oldest daughter has been attending their camps for almost three years, and the growth we’ve seen in her is remarkable. She has gained so many important life skills—especially in conflict resolution, empathy toward others, and overall confidence. Her lead guide, Mr. Barry, is absolutely wonderful. He is caring, patient, and truly invested in every child’s well-being and development. We are so grateful for the impact he’s had on our daughter.
Our youngest daughter joined in March, and she has been thriving as well. Her guides are incredibly nurturing and attentive. We’ve been especially impressed with the bilingual environment—she is already learning to speak and understand Spanish, and it’s amazing to see how naturally she’s picking it up at such a young age.
Both of our girls love going to school every day, and as parents, that means everything. Guidepost Montessori at Verona has exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

We are thrilled with our child's experience at this Montessori school!

Our son is enrolled in a Montessori program at a local school, and we couldn't be happier. He began in the infant program and is now flourishing in the toddler class. The educators, especially the guides, have provided incredible support and challenges for our son. The administrative team ensures everything operates smoothly and safely, assisting us as parents as well. It may be an investment, but it's absolutely worth it for the peace of mind knowing our child is cared for and inspired by skilled educators!

Grateful for Arbor Spring's care

We have been part of this community for over a year and truly appreciate how they nurture and guide our daughter. She is becoming independent and enjoys music, dance, and soccer. The staff have been fantastic, especially regarding our daughter's food allergies. We look forward to continuing her preschool education here.

Financial issues overshadow quality education

While there are many dedicated and caring teachers at the institution, and my child received a great education, the administrative staff and corporate structure seem incompetent, if not dishonest. My child's last day of school was in late August of this year. I have yet to receive the remaining deposit. Part of the tuition deposit was used for my child's last month of school, leaving $335 that should be refunded per their policies. The Assistant Head of School initially told me I could expect the remainder in September. After not receiving it, I followed up via email on September 26, which went unanswered, and again on October 6. On that date, I was informed that as of October 1, the check for $335 had been cleared for mailing. When I still hadn't received it by early November, I visited the school and spoke with the Head of School, who claimed two accounting staff members said that refunds for families leaving in August would be sent by November 17. As of early December, the refund is still outstanding. Interestingly, my balance in the app has shown as $0 since August. I have sent a formal demand letter to the leadership team, copying the Head of School, but have yet to receive a response. My final experiences with the school have been very disappointing. The Assistant Head of School and Head of School keep changing their story about the refund, and the higher-ups ignore my inquiries. Their lack of response suggests they have no intention of refunding the deposit. Despite the excellent teachers, I cannot recommend this school because of the financial mismanagement and questionable practices of its administration.

Heartfelt gratitude for the kindergarten team

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the kindergarten team for their exceptional work. From the start, we felt welcomed in a warm and loving environment. My child has grown in skills, independence, confidence, and joy. The guides create a space where every child is valued and supported. Communication has been clear and thoughtful, reflecting their dedication to the environment and activities. We are truly thankful for their patience and care. Seeing our child happy and proud of his accomplishments reassures us that we made the right choice. I wholeheartedly recommend this program; it’s a nurturing space for children to thrive.
