I ordered a junior Liverpool kit for a five yrs old for Christmas.That was on the 17th November. All seemed good. Some weeks later I tried to track the item using the number they provided for Frdex. Fedex respomded saying they had no information on the item. I tried to contact KITBAG.... no response, all email addresses were unattended mail bags. I eventually handed the matter to PayPal to resolve.$ The total cost was $112.44, Kitbag offered me a refund of 12.44, the postage. It’s still ongoing and it’s the 31st December. You should be allowed to show minus stars. I wont be using them again and I would advise others to stay away.
Ordered a football top on 11th November 2022, still says it is out for delivery. We have tried to chase this up loads of times. We have contacted Evri and tried to contact Kitbag, no response from either. Stayed on hold on the phone number for ages, no joy. Very poor customer service.
I ordered a Chelsea top for my son last year, the away too and never received this order. Tried emailing and emailing where I got no response and also I called and got a hold of a man who said he will resolve this issue and get the top to me and issue a refund for all the hassle. However no further contact after 6 emails issued and no further phone calls and a very disappointed boy. I would like someone to contact me to resolve this as this is ridiculous after spending £70 on a football top to never receive this or any explanation. Never use again

You promise me a refund for the writing falling off the back of my football shirt & give me crap when I call!!Disgusting company and never will buy anything from you again!!! You should be proud to sell faulty products and scam people of their hard earned money!!!!!!! You are cowboys!!!!
Ordered on 18th October 2022 still haven’t received, was supposed to be Christmas presents, money has been taken, no live chat, emailing is a nightmare just get fobbed off, they even asked for proof it wasn’t received ? It’s been 2 months and still no delivery, still trying to get refund Kitbag
