My order was canceled two weeks after I got a shipping confirmation because the courier claimed they couldn’t locate my address. The customer support team informed me that I could reorder with the same discount code, but unfortunately, the item is now out of stock in my size. Terrible service and lack of communication.
I saw the reviews here and felt unsure, but I can't criticize the service I received. My Denver Broncos jersey arrived in Australia quicker than items sent from the NFL Shop. The tracking was updated consistently, and both the jersey and football came in perfect condition. I would definitely choose this service for NFL merchandise again.
I received the wrong item over a week ago (gloves instead of a fleece). After opening a case for the error, I was informed it would take 1-2 days for a review. I was also advised to keep the gloves as a courtesy for the mistake, likely because it would be more expensive for the company to cover return shipping. After several emails, it is now the 8th day, and I'm still being told to wait without any real update. Today, I was asked to return the gloves. As of now, there is still no resolution in sight. The customer service has been utterly disappointing.

While I can't fault the service for delivery speed, the items we ordered didn’t fit and needed to be returned. The website states that refunds can take up to 14 days, and it does! Personally, I find a two-week wait for a refund to be excessive.
The returns process is terrible! I returned an item over two weeks ago and still haven't received my refund. I had to pay extra to return it, which is frustrating. After this experience, I won't be using this service again. I even ordered a replacement that arrived today, yet I'm still waiting for a refund for something I returned last month.

I called customer service, but they repeated the same thing and couldn't provide any help. They gave me another number, but it's only available during office hours, so no one was there. This service is terrible, and I will not use it again. Now I have to spend more money on phone calls to try to get my money back, and I’m left wondering why the order was voided. No emails were sent to me, which feels suspicious.
