Ordered on November 27, still no air fryer

I ordered on November 27 and have yet to receive my item as of December 27. They promised delivery within 7-10 days after ordering. I received an email about a minor delay, and then they claimed there was a courier issue, assuring delivery by December 22 or 23. I've emailed and called multiple times but received no response!

Excellent purchase experience
