Wonderful Experience

In my opinion, this is the only way to purchase new Hearing Aids. We purchased top-of-the-line Phonak hearing aids and saved thousands of dollars. Everything was perfect. New Hearing aids at great pricing, and great support. I emphasize great support. We were able to connect with their audiologist and fine-tune our devices remotely. Save yourself time, money, and frustration using this service. Club Hearing can change the hearing aid business. I give Club Hearing a 5-star review, thank you.

Hearing Club is awesome

Hearing Club is awesome. Fair price, nice people. I was apprehensive at first, to the point of canceling the order yet it was only my fears. The purchase experience and follow up have been exceptional. I can genuinely say I’m glad I was able to get a fair price and great service. Last but not least, you don’t need to pay a brick and mortar to get quality service. I tried that and they charged me $3700.00 for what I got from HEARIN club for $1600.00 I’m not kidding, that’s what I got charged. BEWARE OF THE BRICK AND MORTERS. Especially when they pull out the infamous laminated display price card!!

ClubHearing = Never Again

Bought a smart charger. Right brand, wrong model. Then a family emergency came up (have the plane tickets and hotel bills to prove it). By the time I returned and discovered the smart charger didn’t fit, it was day 19, not day 15. This company sent saccharine email after email, each time “clarifying” why they could not make an exception. Their story changed repeatedly. If it was just a few days they could have made an exception…. Oh, it was just a few days? Well, that’s a personal item, we have no returns for it, despite what we said. But the hearing aids wouldn’t even fit in the charger, there was zero contamination. But ClubHearing just went on and on and on for 2 days making excuses. Look. Any business that needs to lie for a $270 purchase is probably in trouble, anyway. Assuming they do stick around, I’m done with them. No one needs that kind of “support” and sickeningly sweet phoniness. To sum up: a business that prevaricates.

Really helpful with the whole process

Really helpful with the whole process. This was significantly easier and less expensive than the local audiologist in Berkeley. Club hearing carried more products like oticon and phonak too.

Poor Customer Service Continues

After Club Hearing agreed to sell me the receiver, I paid $7 extra to have it shipped to me by Friday March 14. Today, I got a notice from the post office that it is not coming until Saturday. I've contacted Club Hearing by email to ask why I paid for a Friday delivery and the part is not coming until Saturday. I sent them an email about one hour ago and have not received a response.UPDATE: My receiver was delivered as promised on Friday. Thank you.

I think the price for what you get here is well worth it. My local hearing center was far more expensive, and I don't necessarily see what they would have done different.

It is refreshing to deal with empathetic people who understand the importance of what they do and are committed to the satisfaction of their clients. Selling and servicing a product are two different things. Club Hearing is world class in both. I hope to never be faced with dealing with any other hearing aid company. These people are the best.

FREDERIK is a true professional⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FREDERIK is a true professional. Yes, I could give him more than five stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the first pair of hearing devices that I have ever owned. I did some research and also met with 2 audiologists, so I had some idea of what I was looking for. I wanted the best device on the market for the best results. Club Hearing only sell the top-of-the-line models, discounted 50% or more than the cost at an audiologist office!! So, if you don't want "the best of the best", this is not the vendor for you. Frederik guided me through the "shopping" experience, & helped me select the perfect advice (Phonak 1-top of the line) for my hearing issues, which I must say was not anything like the experience that I had with my "top notch" audiologist (who clearly had a "relationship" with a different manufacturer! In addition, my audiologists were asking twice the cost for the exact same aids, and recommending one that was not the best fit for my needs! AFTER my purchase, Frederick quickly answered any email questions that I posed about adjustments to my hearing device. He also offered to send me different attachments to make the dome more comfortable, and the wire better fitted to my ears. My first time purchasing something this expensive online caused me to hesitate at first, but after speaking with Frederick a number of times (and also viewing a number of online VERY INFORMATIVE comparison videos by a third party - Dr CLIFF AuD, invest the time to do this!)- I proceeded confidently with my purchase. As promised, my hearing aids arrive one week later. Don't worry about the device needing service. If something happens to them, Club Hearing will send you a label to send them directly to the manufacturer, which is quicker than leaving them with the audiologist office, who do the same thing. If they need cleaning, both of my audiologists will charge me a small amount to do that, $75. Per device, even though I didn't purchase them there. My conclusion was, the cost to pay for "office visits" to your audiologist, could never exceed the AMAZING SAVINGS provided by Club Hearing!As long as you have a small knowledge of this simple pairing of your smart phone & these smart hearing devices,(I'm sure that Frederik would help you with that as well if you needed it) I would highly recommend Club Hearing for your hearing aid purchase👍
