Review Time
Mostly good, but there’s room for improvement. We ordered several artworks from Kline Collective’s texture collection. The aesthetic is excellent and the textures are amazing, It was actually difficult to choose the pieces I liked, especially those that fit my color requirements. I requested a matte finish, and they were able to accommodate that. On the critical side, the collection feels a bit overly saturated with similar texture artworks, which made the selection process harder. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was great.
The artwork itself is good and arrived in perfect condition, but the shipping took longer than expected. It's really long. I cannot stay home to receive the artworkso I need an exact delivery date and time. However the delivery timeline wasn’t very clear, and the delays were a bit frustrating, especially since this was for a planned project. Communication was okay, but I think shipping expectations could be managed better and updates could be more proactive. Overall the product is fine, but the shipping experience definitely needs improvement
Overall, I had a good experience and I’m happy with the artwork. The quality and effort are definitely there. I did request a revision because the baby blue in the center felt a bit too strong and overpowering for my space. I was hoping it would be closer to the first reference image I shared, with the blue toned down and softened with more white or very subtle tones. That said, communication was smooth and they were responsive to feedback. No other changes were needed, and I appreciate their willingness to adjust the piece. A solid experience overall, just a small color tweak needed to make it perfect.
