You can only browse about 100, and after favoriting 20, there’s not much left unless you pay for extra collections, which seem to cost $1 each. The claim of having 1500 images is misleading, at least upon initial access. It’s a promising idea, but the service seems poorly managed. Communication is only via email, so proceed with caution!

The remote control is frustrating. The tiny button is divided into five smaller sub-buttons that are difficult to use without making mistakes. Nobody here has used the remote without constantly making errors. The sub-buttons should be clearly marked. An app is definitely needed! We love our clock, but moving it to another room and reconnecting is often a hassle. Last time, it took us an hour to reconnect due to our own mistakes.
If you just want a unique, colorful clock, this is great. However, it’s pricey and there are issues. The staff seems to work part-time and there’s a lack of communication. You can ask one staff member for help, and then nothing happens. It would have been much quicker if they just handled it! If you want your own animations, forget it. Submissions take a long time and may be rejected without explanation. Many users are expressing frustration online about these problems.
The Klydoock is on the pricier side, but it’s worth every penny in our home. It’s more than just a clock; it’s a conversation starter that guests love. The quality doesn't match the price point. I’ve had my order replaced, but the same issues persist. There are defects where the processed wood joins. As others have noted, there’s a delivery fee and additional charges, which is frustrating after spending so much. I enjoy the clock, but it could definitely be better given the cost.
While it’s pricey for just a clock, it’s a stunning one. The design changes daily, or you can set it to manual mode when away. The item shipped promptly and was well-packaged. Some extra charges may appear due to currency conversion, but nothing unexpected.
