This company is a total scam. There’s no way to reach them, and they don’t respond to emails. I regret ordering from them, as I tried to cancel within minutes of my order. They ignored my requests and continued processing the order. I now need to involve my bank to dispute the charge. Avoid at all costs!
I was also tricked into ordering a vacuum cleaner based on a recommendation. After my card was charged, I received no further communication. I emailed twice to cancel the order but got no response. Another fraudulent company that misrepresents its products.
Poor communication and shipping updates. I was disgusted after waiting over a month for the vacuum to ship. They wouldn't allow me to cancel, forcing me to threaten legal action. The product, when it finally arrived, was of poor quality and came without any prior notification. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered an Aerosweep vacuum cleaner but received a non-branded alternative instead. After multiple communications with the company, they claim the inferior product is the same as what I ordered! I am currently seeking a refund or the correct product, but things don’t look promising.
The website claims a Trustpilot score of 4.7/5, which contradicts this site. The site is only two months old and falsely claims endorsements from reputable sources. I’m waiting for a vacuum delivery but have little hope, as it’s stuck in transit and they haven’t responded to me. After reading these reviews, I fear I won’t get what I paid for.
I declined a package from this company. A video shows the courier taking back the package, yet it’s still marked as delivered. The company has seen the video but refuses to follow up with the courier, which has terrible reviews. I’ve had to file a claim and will be reporting the courier for theft. The company denies acknowledging the declined parcel and providing a refund. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER. THEY ARE BASED ABROAD AND HAVE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. OVERPRICED ITEMS WITH COMPLICATED RETURN POLICIES.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The product advertised is not what you receive. The business is dishonest and does not adhere to its own terms regarding notifications of discrepancies. It's incredibly frustrating to hear endless excuses about the vacuum I ordered, only to receive a flimsy alternative. They refuse to cover return shipping costs, despite regulations requiring them to do so, and won’t issue a refund until they receive the vacuum back. Many advertised features are untrue, and even fake reviews appear on their website.
