Disgusted- after requesting instructions to send product back for refund as the box and product arrived damaged , they have failed to forward the info to send back. After replying to my emails a few times they have now stopped responding The product is over $200 ani will be taking it further as it’s a very suspicious way to have to get information to refund and there’s no phone number or anything
I originally saw this vacuum on Top choice website in Australia.🇦🇺 The person recommending was David Brown . I thought it was a reputable website that recommended appliances , I saw this was recommended by them . Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store Klynis at all . They don’t respond or never even shipped the vacuum and have rang my bank to tell them of this transaction and will definitely get my refund back as klynis hasn’t responded regarding my refund request. Please please avoid this site and also Top choice as they were only talking about one only vacuum and when you click on the other recommend vacuums it only took you to the klynis website not the other x5 vacuums they were so called recommending..They also say it was only in Australia, which is an utter lie . Avoid at all costs .
