This is the second property Knights have sold for us and we cannot fault them. This most recent sale had some complexities which took time to resolve but Knights stuck with it and eventually, we the seller and the purchaser got the result we desired.Well done Knights!

After a poor and stressful experience with another Estate Agent, we were understandable apprehensive when moving over to Knights, however, we needn't have worried. THEY THINK ITS ALL OVER - it nearly was, I got to know Camberley by accident great hotel great myrad of shops for every taste and budget super theatre and cinema, super eateries miles better than Horsham Redhill Eastbourne and such like all within easy reach. The knock.out was Loggin a kind of music centre a Ronny Scott in Surrey instead of expensive Soho . I was sold and thoughts of a job locally than the 7.30am to Waterloo and my mind was buzzing. AFTER 4 main estate agents a blank, after 10 years brand marketing seeing agents not on top of their briefs, ill check this ill check that I'm not sure etc not nice of me to say but a really disappointing & poor brand experience by some of big boys who you'd you'd expect a lot more from. We happened across Knights in Camberley before we were about to give up, hardly uttered a word Joel in charge of sales was way ahead of me completely in charge of his brief, all the properties discussed there was no 'i ll check this or that' he knew them inside and out quickly and accurately appraising them so we could agree.on a shortlist and focus our time where it was needed. AKEEL the manager who like a batton in a 400m race takes over seamlessly when the sale seems on the cards added superb professionalism to make one feel really confident in such an important decision. After 6 one bedroom apartments over 30yrs bought as a mond- Friday back to main home at weekends i didn't hesitate on Church View & guided by Knights as to the best strategy not to alienate the sellers navigated a successful sale for both parties. If there was a brand marketing book on best practice on sales end to end this example would be it. The quickest most enjoyable and efficient experience of 40yrs + dabbling in the property market. Stress free too to earn bonus points. And to think we nearly walked away from the town so I'm indebted to Knights Joel and Akeel for making it happen for both parties.Paul Reed
