I bought the Ryoko gadget last year, as I was planning to travel with it. I decided to open PKG around Oct. I couldn't get it to find any service to connect to. Finally in Dec. I got ahold of customer service. Longer story shortened, we finally were going to factory reset, but I ended up just using the admin. Sign in , and it works ok. Have connected up to 4 devices. However today has been a denial of service. So out of 3 months, prepaid Unlimited GB service I've maybe gotten 14 days and March is my last month. I'm still undecided if it's worth the cost as I use it from my driveway ! What will it be like in the Real middle of Nowhere?!

Well the up charges are ridiculous they should already be included in the all together plus package sold that way. But after dropping already more than I wanted bc of the added battery charger it's like simple enough. Hopes the device is what it says

When making online purchases I transfer money to a online account, I feel the special offers should be part of your initial offering, like building a sandwich at subway, firehouse or jimijohns.
There were a couple of the one time only offers id have gotten had it been more convenient all those years of adult facilitation for a saves department of a massive company don't just save the upset to the point of disconnecting then upsets more products, personal preference hope this product is all the pitch says it is. Have a great day! Yes my feelings no incentive all me, hats off to no human interaction so far.

Last night i looked at my bank account and to my horror noticed that £179.94 had been taken from my account without my permission. I have tried to get a refund. But to no avail. Please do not use this company. Absolutely disgusting. Im shook.
