The bag isn't terrible, but I had a bag half this price that was better quality. The strap broke after a little more than 1 month of service. Time will tell how the rest of the bag holds up. We will see. My half price bag lasted 2 years and at this rate this one will not last that long.
Customer service cannot answer the simplest questions about bag measurements. It's clear their support is off-shore workforce with no access to the physical product, and only answering people's questions based on the information found on their own website. Which is pretty useless, obviously.
USPS hasn't provided a shipping update in 12+ days and King Kong hasn't said anything either after my inquiries. I'm hoping I'm financially compensated for waiting 3 weeks for an item to be delivered. They should consider changing vendors instead of saving money with USPS.
