The ordering process was straightforward and I collected from the warehouse directly. That aspect was fine, but I was not very impressed with the quality of the board itself. The finish was subpar for a pre-primed product, and it had various marks and scratches on it.
The modern profile is more appealing and likely easier to clean. The undercoat was a warm white, requiring minimal gloss to finish. Best of all, we paid extra for faster delivery, and the 4.2 m planks arrived in perfect condition, shipped in pairs in their own vehicle. The last order from another source was damaged during transport.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I'm really impressed with this company. I ordered some skirting, and there was an unavoidable delivery issue that caused damage. They quickly emailed me to inform me they were making new pieces for next-day delivery. The items arrived as promised by a very nice and polite driver. The quality of the skirting exceeded my expectations. 10/10.
