We've bought a few items from this company over the last couple of years and all of them have been excellent quality, delivered promptly. Recently, we did have an issue with one of the products and I can't fault the exemplarily service we received. Lucy is a customer service legend and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for hooks and knobs!
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Knobbles and Bobbles Handle Company has been an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. The quality of their handles is outstanding — beautifully crafted, sturdy, and the perfect finishing touch to my cabinets and drawers.What truly impressed me, though, was their exceptional customer service. I accidentally made a mistake with my measurements and ordered the wrong size handles. It was entirely my error, yet the team could not have been more understanding and helpful. They accepted my return without any hassle and processed a quick refund, making what could have been a stressful situation completely straightforward.My replacement order arrived promptly and was packaged with real care. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality products with such warm, professional, and genuinely supportive service.
Dreadful quality and poor response from Lucy in customer services. The quality of the screws is appalling with three shearing off without any pressure being applied. Lucy’s response was that they had never had complaints before. Looking back over the comments in here I can see this is simply not the case. Not good enough and will not use again
