Received Incorrect Screws for My Knobs

I ordered knobs worth nearly $500, but they sent screws that were too long (over 3 inches) to fit on any cabinet I know of, making it impossible to close the door. When I contacted customer service, they refused to assist me, leaving me to find a solution on my own. The support was terrible after sending the wrong products. After spending so much money, I’m left with unusable knobs. I highly recommend steering clear of this company!

Poor Quality and Incorrect Size

The knobs I received are of poor quality and much smaller than what I ordered. When I tried to exchange them or get a refund, I was informed that they do not offer that option. So, I ended up with an unusable product and no recourse. I would advise avoiding this service entirely!
