AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! The customer experience has been horrendous! The internet connection is extremely slow, and the device addition process is frustratingly tedious. I deeply regret investing in this so-called internet service!
The internet connection quality is extremely disappointing. When I subscribed, they guaranteed 20+ Mbps per device, but now it's barely reaching Kbps. This is inadequate for streaming or working from home. I'm very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service.
This service is significantly cheaper than other satellite options available. It typically provides 1 to 1.5 Mb/sec download speeds, which works for my needs. At night, speeds can increase significantly. While daytime speeds may be inadequate for streaming, this service is a valuable option during outages or political disruptions. I appreciate the affordability and hope they can offer better packages for casual users.
