I wish I could give ZERO stars. I expected a rigorous test of my financial logic and technical accounting skills. Instead, I was presented with a series of truncated sentences, poor grammar, and broken English that made the questions nearly impossible to interpret. It is insulting to ask a professional to sit for a 'competency' exam that lacks basic editorial standards. This isn't an assessment of accounting; it’s a test of how well you can guess what a poorly translated sentence is trying to say. Completely unprofessional.. Came to the test time imagining I'd have an accounting related test with questions using accounting jargon and formulas, etc... Such a surprise I've started the test with four modules: time management, BIG OCEAN(behavioural questions), quickbooks online, intermediate accounting. Although it was supposed to test my accounting skills. I have never been tested with so broken language on poorly constructed sentences. It was my ability to decipher riddles being tested. Total waste of time.

However, even after creating the account and uploading my information to their platform, I still couldn't access the assessment results that had been sent to the company. It feels like they emotionally manipulated users to get them onboard for their service.

I signed up for a trial and canceled it promptly, but they continued to charge me $744 each month! I tried multiple times to reach their customer support, but it seems non-existent. After canceling my credit card, they still managed to charge me. I've filed a dispute with my credit card provider, and they finally reached out, but the representative struggles to understand their own billing system. It's infuriating. If this continues, I may have to escalate the matter further.
They seem to offer everything I need, but their contracts are excessively expensive. If you're hiring your first employee and don't need the service for a year, the customer support is also disappointing. Responses take forever, and they often miss the point. Additionally, during a demo call, the salesperson was unaware of all the options available, including special terms for certain startups.
This has been my worst experience with a software provider. They charged me for an annual subscription that I had canceled, and when I reached out for a refund, they refused. Now, they've even threatened me for posting honest reviews! This behavior needs to be reported.
I don't understand why the assessment includes questions unrelated to the role I applied for, such as B2B sales. Some easy questions also lack valid answer options, like the smoking question. The option to indicate no smoking isn't even included in the test.
This platform is merely a tool for employers to discriminate against applicants, regardless of test results. It allows companies to reject candidates while claiming to use 'objective' data. Applicants can't see how their results are evaluated or if they are treated fairly. This lack of transparency promotes bias and makes it hard to challenge decisions. What is presented as a fair screening process often feels like an automated way to exclude candidates. If you value transparency in hiring, avoid this platform.
I completed an assessment using their platform, following all guidelines, but every answer I selected caused the screen to exit full-screen mode. This will likely be reported to employers, and I fear I will be penalized for an issue that wasn't my fault.
