On their website they indicated 3-5 days of delivery, then after payment receiving a link to track the status on their site it says "Wij verwachten dat uw bestelling op 25-12-2023 compleet zal zijn in ons magazijn en die dag naar u opgestuurd zal worden.” So instead of 3-5 days it's already at least 10 days. This is not acceptable and misleading. I have no immediate use of the product anymore in 10 days, so will send it back upon delivery. It's a waste of time and money, both on my and your side. Just be honest. There are other reviews here indicating the same issue
Absolutely horrible service. First, the order came weeks later than the 3-5 working days as mentioned on the order. Second, one of the ordered items was delivered incomplete, 4 of the 6 components are missing. Then, after almost another week, the “solution” offered is for me to contact the supplier (Smeg) directly to see if I can get the missing components! I didn’t place an order with Smeg, I placed an order with Kookexpert and they are supposed to deliver what I ordered or give me my money back, obviously. Don’t order anything from this company, I know I never will again.
I think you should directly offer me the 100 euro cadeau, because your company shipped me a broken lids. The missing knob was not in the package, so it means it was packaged broken. How sad is that?Well, they just accept the return order without saying sorry or so. So, do I have the chance to get 100 cadeau? I don’t feel so.
