Not a recommended experience

I received a full refund quickly, and communication was good with prompt replies. However, I had to check on my order status after several days only to find out it was sent back to the warehouse for unclear reasons. The option to reorder was not clearly explained, and there was no expected delivery time or stock information. Prices were reasonable, but in the end, I didn't receive any product.
