Good morning I would like to know where I can find Pom-bear cheese snacks I have been to every supermarket in Weymouth but no one stocks Pom-bear cheese snacks so I would love to try them .every day because I buy them every day packs of 6.
Awful customer service never answer phone it rings and then cuts off after a set amount of time, on line form did respond via email, they say have sent letter which never arrives, even CEO does not respond terrible customer relations.
Dear The Real McCoy's (Not )I am writing to express my deep shock and disappointment at what I feel is a misleading and unfair practice regarding your chocolate biscuit products. It’s incredibly disheartening to see major companies like yours presenting what appears to be good value for money, only for customers to discover that the packaging contains significantly fewer biscuits — nearly a third less — all while prices continue to rise.This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead loyal customers, and quite frankly, it's unacceptable. In my view, this borders on fraudulent behavior, and I sincerely hope this is not something regulatory bodies like Ofcom are turning a blind eye to.I believe companies should be held accountable for this kind of practice, and I urge you to reconsider both your pricing and your packaging transparency going forward.Yours sincerely,JB
I found a piece of string in my KP nuts. I could easily have choked on it. Tried to contact them by phone and by email. I got absolutely no response. They did not pick up the phone or answer my email. Shocking "customer service"! Next stop the Food Standards Agency!
Hello I’m very confused as it stated helpful customer service and the word quality was used on the back of the packet. The packet I received less bags of crisp I paid for in a sealed bag. Clearly looking at the packet design there has been a malfunction however an easy resolution has now gone due to appalling customer service and if nothing is done to rectify I will have no choice but to take this further. The customer service is non existent and a disgrace no one picks up
Bought a multi pack of Hula Hoops only to discover one of the packets inside were potato hoops with Aldi branding. I completed a complaint form online and got an email in reply saying a customer service agent had completed an investigation and a letter would arrive via post within 10 working days. No letter and no reply to 3 emails. Now been over 1 month and still no reply. Save your money and shop at Aldi. Also worth noting, the Aldi crisps are actually 1g heavier than Hula Hoops!
I had an issue with some soft hula hoops, so used their online form. No response other than a survey a few weeks later asking for my feedback on their response ! Tried again, again no response (other than the initial acknowledgement). I've just tried to call them and having told me I was in a queue, I was cut off. Their standard response on X is to ask you to submit the online form - which they then don't respond to !As per other feedback, little point in complaining....
