Review Time
I have not received my order and still lack a delivery date. I placed my order on January 3rd and reached out the following Tuesday for an update. They informed me it would be after January 21st unless I accepted an alternative option. I confirmed that the alternative was acceptable since the items were needed as a birthday gift on January 13th. However, I received no confirmation about the shipment. I messaged again to check on the status but was ignored. After multiple attempts, I finally emailed and the automated system escalated my concern, but I still heard nothing. I followed up again and eventually received a response from a representative who reiterated the alternative and apologized profusely, assuring me I would receive it by the 13th. Now, with the 13th approaching, there is still no indication from the courier that they have even received the package. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. There was no warning about a minimum three-week delay, and the lack of communication has been frustrating. I'm beginning to doubt I will ever receive my order and am unsure how to cancel it.
Absolutely adore these snacks! The crinkle cuts are fantastic, particularly the curled ones! The flavors are outstanding, especially the smoked bacon variety. We no longer need to purchase several bags to please everyone's preferences; we would never return to regular chips!
Absolutely fantastic! The potato chips are enormous and cooked to perfection—crispy and not greasy at all. They are ideal! The dust containers vanished with the second bag, and my son even took the box to recycle. I appreciated his thoughtfulness, not realizing he had taken everything except one bag and a bit of the delicious dust. Although he usually doesn't like crisps, these have clearly changed his mind, and I’m sure he’ll order more. Thank you for this brilliant idea!
I can’t comment on the product yet as it’s a Christmas gift, but I will follow up after it’s been tried. The customer service was remarkable. My order got lost in transit (not the company's fault), but they promptly sent an apology and complimentary products equal to my delayed order. I was impressed and would definitely order from this service again.
