The customer support was very efficient and helpful. My first package was stolen, after reaching out, I was able to get a reshipping and only paid the shipping fee. Really appreciated the help. The rings and bracelets are also amazing!
My girlfriend bought me the Crusade earrings, which looked lovely, high quality etc. However, I could not at all fit them in my ear - the hoop was too small and wouldn't connect up, and in trying to do that it's actually bent the hoop a little. I did try to reach out to customer service however I have not had a single response back and it's been like 2 months now. All in all, I'm sure for most people it'd be fine, maybe I just have abnormal ears lol. But I'm a bit disappointed in the quality and the customer service here.
I initially ordered the (Shirotama C Bracelet) September 10 and didn’t receive the order until sometime mid November. The order got lost in transit and another was sent. The replacement I received was not as advertised. The original had a foggy, almost pearl like tint to the beads. What I received were clear low quality beads within the metalwork.
During the time this was being resolved I also ordered the (Soul Grasp Ring) the ring itself wasn’t as nice as I was expecting and was more cluttered looking than the pictures showed. I won’t be getting anything else from here unfortunately. I don’t think the price is worth the product unfortunately. I really wanted to like this brand.
I found the quality of the products to be quite disappointing. Although the design and packaging are appealing, the actual quality comes across as subpar. Given the price, I anticipated much higher standards—particularly with the bracelet, which seems poorly constructed. Additionally, the returns process is quite complicated, which adds to the overall frustration. I don’t think the products justify their cost and would recommend others to be wary before making a purchase.
Your products are truly impressive. If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be to verify that everything listed on your website can be shipped to your customers' locations. Aside from that, you're doing an excellent job!

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the company. The jewelry is stunning and of great quality. When I reached out to the support team to modify one of my orders, I received a quick and friendly response from an employee. The adjustment was made smoothly without any issues. I will definitely continue to shop with them in the future.
