This is one of the worst company I have purchased products from. Literally they have just done fraud but nothing else. I am sharing my experience from kwabey.com I ordered three over size t-shirts of rupees 1300 using the coupon from their website after I received all three t-shirt on about one April one of them were of wrong size I had ordered all of them in S size but they send me one t-shirt of M size you can clearly see the mistake was from their side so I contact it them quickly and told them about this issue they told that don't worry your issue will be resolved very quickly. just refund the t-shirt no service cost will be deducted (by default if you refund anything hundred rupees will be deadcted as a service charge) so I just followed them and refunded my t-shirt after 15 days i.e. 15April 2023 they refunded me half amount almost I don't know why are they fool literally first they told me no service amount will be deducted and after they have done fraud so I just contacted them again and what they said is sorry sir this could be a mistake and we will resolve this in 7 to 10 business days first of all every users cannot wait 7 to 10 business days and my t-shirt was of 599 rupees and they have just refunded the money 333INR you want believe I contacted them more than 10 times as they promised that they will refund the money in 7 to 10 business days you want believe I am writing this comment on 4May 2023 (over a month after that incident) and still my money is not refunded. when I call them they just say wait sir your ticket is already in service and you will receive your refund soon but I don't know when they are soon is going to come. this could be there strategy also to fool the customer and let them by three T-shirts and send them one t-shirt intentionally wrong so that they will refund one of them and they can make profit easily literally I am not expressing my comment how frustrated I am please if you are looking at this comment just boycot kwabey.com for sure...
Say no to #kwabey, Never go for #KwabeyI purchase 4 t-shirts recently. Very very thin cloth, like inner wear. 3rd quality print. In website looks like rubber print but not rubber it’s just 50Rs color printed t-shirt. Very much disappointed. They only refund in wallet. Why I buy from the same website if there are quality issues. I said in a call, I have quality issue please refund my money they said , we can’t go again our policy. I said I agree but you can’t provide me a special good quality so please understand quality issue and refund but they are not ready. I am going to file complaint in consumer forum againts #kwabey #kwabeyTshirt #kwabeyfashion
