10-12-2025 - customer care says Black Friday sales are non-returnable
11-12-2025 - asked where it shows non returnable with screenshot
12-12-2025 - customer care says it’s shown at 2 places but didn’t share screenshot
12-12-2025 - asked to once again share screenshot
13-12-2025 - asked again for screenshot where it says non-returnable and I shared order process screenshot which doesn’t have any non-returnable note
14-12-2025 - customer care asked to share order details again

17-02-2026 - no refund to wallet. Emailing this timeline for one last time to customer care. If still no response, then will share this pathetic experience across there social media accounts and approach consumer court for the troublesome experience for more than 2 months they put thru to customer.
18-02-2026 - customer care sends a standard no timeline or solution email. They seem to be least bothered about customer.
Plz don’t anything anymore from kwabey, else you have to go through such pain from them for a simple and quick return process.

Unacceptable experience

My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I urge everyone to stay away from this service. Their support is woefully inadequate. If there are delays in dispatch, they should communicate with customers effectively. I feel this is a scam, as they are unresponsive to emails and unreachable by any contact methods. I ordered T-shirts and paid in advance, but they haven't dispatched anything or provided updates in over a week.

Terrible experience and possible scam

This has been a terrible experience. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service as their quality is extremely poor. If there are delays in dispatch, they should inform customers and maintain communication. I feel like this is a scam since they are unresponsive to emails and unreachable by any contact methods. I ordered T-shirts and paid in advance, but there has been no communication, and the product hasn't been dispatched in over a week.

Very poor service

I had a very poor experience. I ordered a T-shirt, and it was delayed by 10 days. When it finally arrived, it was not what I expected. Their customer support is lacking; they claimed they didn't know about my package and were unresponsive to my emails. I urge you not to use this service.

Fraudulent behavior

This is a scam. I returned their T-shirts, but instead of a proper refund, I received a gift card that I can't use because they disabled that option on their site. I've been waiting for a refund for over a month, and they are not responding adequately to my emails.

This website is fraudulent. After returning the product, they have not refunded my money and are currently unresponsive. I ordered T-shirts, returned them, but they have not issued a refund.

Fraudulent practices

These are truly fraudulent sellers. They sent me a used item instead of the three shirts I ordered. This was done with a cash on delivery order, which is very concerning.
