Order problem

I have placed an order i.e on 17th April 2021. I have paid through Phonepe, and the payment is done successfully. But I didn't receive any order id or any order confirmation in my mail and in my kwabey account. Please try to solve this issue. Don't try to fool and fraud people money. I being a student it is difficult for a student life to survive in this lockdown period.
