I bougth 2 paintings from the Kyiv Gallery.The delivery time to Spain was about 3 or 4 weeks. I had to pay 5,11 € import tax. The gallery was answering all the questions very quick and they were tracking and informing during the delivery process.The paintings arrived very well packed in a lot of protective material, so everything was in a perfect shape. I am very happy with this purchase and the gallery.
I am very happy with my 2 new beautiful paintings from the Kyiv Gallery!The payment for the paintings went very smooth with a regular Dutch debit card.The delivery to the Netherlands was quick - a bit less than 3 weeks. I only had to pay 11,72€ import tax. The gallery informed me about each step of the delivery process, so I was not worried at all.The paintings arrived very well packed in a lot of protective material, so everything was in a perfect shape!I am very happy with the whole process, very grateful to the gallery for its services and now enjoying the paintings.
Great communication from start to finish. I was contacted by the gallery manager immediately after submitting my request for two works of art, and was notified of the shipping process every step of the way. I received the works quickly, even though I would expect huge delays at this time. The manager even went out of her way to file a 'delay' claim to get the artworks to me faster! Everything was very securely packaged and arrived in pristine condition, not to mention the prints themselves exceeded all my expectations. Support Ukrainian artists!
The Kyiv Gallery offers a wide range of beautiful pieces of art from Ukrainian painters. I ordered two beautiful oil paintings for over 1k Euro. The prize is certainly 50% if not more compared to what I would pay for similar pictures in Germany. Beautiful, colorful, big oil paintings. A day later, I received an email with information on how to transfer the money. Immediately after the transfer went through, I received a message with my code to track the pictures' delivery. I could see them in the system and also received frequent updates from the Gallery directly. Obviously, I was a bit worried whether the pictures would arrive and whether I would face any additional costs. But they did arrive just about two weeks after my order. They were well packed, looked exactly like on the website and I even received a frame for free. The service at the Gallery was very friendly and the delivery much faster than what I am used to when ordering pictures within Germany. And all of it while Kyiv was literarily being bombed and the painters and the Gallery are certainly in need of financial support given the war. I am amazed and already look for the next pictures to order. A big thank to the Gallery. I will certainly visit it in person when I visit Kyiv. The only challenge I will likely eventually face is the space I have at home to put all the pictures on my walls.
Great product and service. The product was well-packaged and trackable. The Galleri contacted me when it took some time and have tracked the delay to my local post office. They were really engaged until they were certain that I had the product and without complaints.
