Their after sales service is atrocious! I ordered a seating cushion mat for my sauna eight days ago, and so far I still haven't received it, and nobody seems to know where it is or what happened to it, or even if it's been sent!!!So they've had my money for eight days, and it still hasn't been sent???Unbelievable,,,,,,,and I'm NOT HAPPY!!UPDATE: After waiting 8 days for my parcel to arrive, I've since found out that my parcel had NOT been sent which means they LIED to me because they sent me an email saying that it had been sent!**NEW UPDATE: After many frustrating emails & phone calls, at long last I finally received my parcel after waiting 12 days for it to be delivered, and Kylin has now reimbursed me for the inconvenience and hassles that I had been through.
