I bought a costly 3 month bundle. Do Not let this company scam you.
Contacted them on numerous occasions trying to get resolve. Flat refusal to make the issue right. Their reply was the oral Trizepitide does not work until you are past the 3 month mark. They don't tell you that until you are over $1000.00 invested.

I got a text stating that my next refill was approved. I called right away as I signed up for what I thought was 30 day prescription with no AUTO refill. I was advised the same day that the prescription was sent to be filled I could not cancel. I advised Brenda that I wanted to cancel and I did not want it. She kept saying we can’t cancel it right now, but she assured me it would be cancelled after this shipment. We will see. $349 for something that doesn’t work is a joke and to think I only signed up for 30 days and not a subscription is a joke!!!!!!
I have been on Semaglitide injections for 3 months now, and would’ve soon been receiving my last vial of a 4-month bundle.
I am having quite serious side effects and have tried repeatedly to consult with a provider with no response.
I am having quite debilitating depression, lack of interest in anything, including sex. I’ve lost joy and pleasure in activities that previously interested me. I have irritability and anxiety. My symptoms are affecting my life, and my marriage.
I also have severe skin pain, so much that it is painful just when my clothing touches my skin.
The shots have done nothing to my appetite. In fact, I have gained 7 lbs on the treatment.
I spoke to customer service today since there has been absolutely no way to get a response from a medical provider. She merely gave the canned response, “Discontinue the meds, see your doctors, blah, blah, blah.” Being a registered nurse myself, I wanted to speak to a real medical professional, but that is not going to happen.
And, of course, no refund for the last vial of the 4 month bundle, which I told them not to bother to send it because I am stopping the meds.
This company offers no real support at all other than AI-generated, canned responses that are of no help whatsoever.
Do yourself a favor and deal with you own medical doctor and avoid Skinny Rx like the plague!
