I recently purchased a 13×4 curly wig from Amanda Hair and overall, I am satisfied with the quality. The hair is soft, looks natural, and was well packaged. Shipping was fairly quick, and communication was decent. The wig itself is pretty, easy to style, and holds curls well.

However, my only disappointment is that I did not receive the 300 density that I paid for. The hair is noticeably thinner than expected, which was a letdown since I specifically ordered higher density for a fuller look. Aside from that issue, the hair quality is good.

If Amanda Hair improves accuracy with order details and ensures customers receive the correct density, they would be an excellent company. I would consider ordering again, but only if this issue is corrected in the future.

Do not purchase from this company! The wig I received is darker than the one I purchased and they are refusing to refund my money. They started by trying to claim it was a custom order. But, I had simply purchased one of their stock wigs. The emails have become condescending too. The customer service is very bad.

In contrast to other complaints, I received my hair pretty quickly, about a week’s time. The hair itself though; she’s a cute unit (I got the viral glueless loose wave hair) BUT I’m ngl, she was not giving 200% density. I had to add some bundles to get the desired fullness. The wig is true to length, and I do believe it’s a good beginner friendly wig, she’s soft and easy to manage. But, the overall look of the wig was not as advertised.

Poor service and unresponsive support

The company shipped an order that I requested to cancel. They have not accepted the return or issued a refund, which forced me to involve my bank. I also lodged complaints with the appropriate authorities. This service feels like a scam; the product I received was not what I paid for, and the quality was severely lacking due to excessive filler hair. This has been the worst experience I've encountered.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I would rate this service with a negative score if that were possible. They sent me wigs that are unwearable. I spent nearly $400 on two wigs, but the hairline was cut in a way that doesn't match mine, and the hair density is completely different from what was advertised. I requested a return label to send back these unsatisfactory wigs for a refund, but they refused the refund and blocked me on social media. After wearing wigs for over 15 years, I can confidently say this is the worst experience I've ever had. The customer service and product quality are terrible. Please avoid making the same mistake and wasting your hard-earned money.

Cancellation Issues

I ordered on the 19th and noticed by the end of the day on the 22nd that it hadn't shipped. I requested cancellation since I needed it by the 26th and was assured they would ship it that day. Despite my timely cancellation request and confirmation that it hadn't shipped, they proceeded with shipping anyway. Their policy states that cancellations are allowed within 2 business days, but they clearly do not follow this. I advise against working with this company due to their questionable practices.
