Failed to fulfil order.

On 17 June I received a message from La Gent saying my order was on the way to me. However, on 21 June I received a message from La Gent saying they could not fulfil my order. Very disappointing, since it was a birthday present.

Great customer service!

I ordered a porcelain plant pot, via La Gent’s website, for which I needed expedited delivery. I emailed the shop and they sent it out the same day; excellent customer service, and the pot is perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I will certainly shop at La Gent again.
