It has been 30 days and I still have not heard anything about my order. Laczon Admin/support have not responded to my request for update. They took $678.79 from my account. I cannot at this stage believe this is a real company/retail merchant. They gave me a tracking number 30911. Initially it was being processed but then they said it was completed. I never received the merchandise.
Fast efficient service for great product...This has gotten hard to find. Used to get it at my grocery store. I use it as training treats for my dogs. 2 of them will eat anything, 1 is finicky about what tastes good to him, but he likes this. I hope it becomes more widely available again.
This place is a bogus piece of crap! They have no way for you to ask a question regarding an order. No email received confirming order, yet they took the money. Professional looking site used to take advantage of customers. There have been 13 attempted breaches of my data by Russian IP addresses since placing order. Stay away from laczon.com. I have initiated both an interstate and international fraud complaint against them.
