The delivery driver was friendly and kindly assisted by moving them to the right place in my backyard. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I visited my local shop, hoping they could assist me with an issue regarding my Christmas tree stand, as my tree was fine but didn't fit my new base. As always, the staff member was incredibly helpful. She put her thinking cap on to find the best solution for me, collaborated with another colleague, and within minutes, I left with a tree that was now secure and wouldn't topple over. I believe many might overlook this store for larger hardware chains nearby, but I strongly encourage everyone to stop by, as it truly is a treasure trove and the staff are exceptional.
