The villa was like a second home, with everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay.
The pool and jacuzzi were great and the outside area was a little sun trap.
Great location for a small walk to the beach and restaurants with fantastic hosts! We will return!

Stayed a week in Casa Tropicana. Villa is beautiful - well equipped with all you could possibly need - lovely welcome pack was a bonus and much appreciated. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine. The pool is lovely and grandkids had a great time in it. Nina and Nathan are excellent hosts who are available at all times throughout the stay.
First time renting a villa with pool & spa and must say it was amazing!We had a lovely time relaxing and chilling out - just what we needed. A lovely home from home!Nina and Nathan are lovely hosts - thank you for making us welcome. We will be back soon!
I want to give five stars for the owners of this beautiful villa. We stayed in casa Tropicana on the Los Majones road. It's less than a kilometre from the Farriones hotel downhill. It has three bedrooms two bathrooms and is equipped with everything that you could want/need for a comfortable stay. A well equipped barbecue sits outside and a beautiful pool that's warm. The owners left us a welcome pack which included bread milk wine beer and juices (and lots more) which was so thoughtful on arrival before we set out to do our shop , Lidl supermarket is very close. The place was very clean and comfortable on arrival . The villa is very large it wraps around the house and there are three well defined sitting/lounge areas along with 6 Sun-beds for soaking up the glorious sun, all in all we had a fabulous week and can't wait to return again We met the owners and they made sure that everything was ok and made themselves available to us should we need then for anything , which we didn't , this is like a home away from home and I highly recommend
We had a fabulous stay at casa Tropicana Nina & Nathan are just the best hosts they think of everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The villa is spotless, comfortable & so pretty. The kitchen is a joy to use with an air fryer ,coffee machine, dishwasher etc. Comfortable beds & pillows. Excellent pool area with well maintained garden, pool perfect safe & clean. We liked this villa as short walk to beach restaurants all amenities. Hope to return again soon. Highly recommend.
This was our second month long stay with Nina and Nathan, third and fourth is already booked. Doesn't matter which villa you stay in, they are all fantastic - just read everyone else's reviews, The Lanzarote Sunshine Villas 'product' is fantastic down to the people running it , and their attention to detail.The Lanzarote Sunshine Villas team has vast experience in the rental of holiday villas and lets - 24 years in Lanzarote alone. Primarily they are the owners - not agent / middlemen. They look after your every need, they oversee the cleaning and maintenance on a twice weekly basis. They are always available to communicate with by WhatsApp. We have experienced 'poor quality service and accommodation' previously in Albufeira last year, and this only emphases the importance of the caring and professional service that both Nina and Nathan give naturally. It's a shame other companies don't operate to these excellent standards.
We had a wonderful holiday in Casa Tropicana. The villa was spotlessly clean inside with all the utensils/crockery needed to self cater, we also found some good steak restaurants close by. Nina and Nathan were so helpful right from our initial enquiry about villa availability through to the last day of our stay and were very quick to respond to any queries we had. Thank you for the restaurant recommendation! It was so nice to have a welcome pack when we arrived which was much appreciated, together with the baby bath and cot which was made available for our granddaughter. The outside area is very well maintained with good quality dining furniture, brick bbq and of course the lovely heated pool. We would love to return one day and highly recommend this villa.
Just spent 10 days in villa lazy daze and didn't want to leave, the hosts have made sure they provide everything you could need as well as extras you didn't know you would need. the hosts are very friendly and from booking till leaving nothing was too much hassle, the views from the villa are fantastic and shops etc 5 min walk away, beach 10 min walk away, our family had a fantastic break and couldn't have wished for anything more, looking forward to our next stay in October.
