Additionally, there were no breaks at all. A 15-minute comfort break or time to visit the gift shops would have been reasonable. Relying solely on a binder for guiding the tour is not the most effective method.

Additionally, there were no breaks at all. It would have been reasonable to have at least 15 minutes for a comfort break or to explore the gift shops on-site. Leading a tour solely from a binder is not the most effective approach.
We booked based on a very promising advertisement and recommendations, which described a full day in Mont St Michel with guided tours and dining options. We found it to be overstated and later learned there were cheaper alternatives that allowed for longer visits. We spent the entire day on the bus, with only about three hours dedicated to the site itself, which wasn’t enough time for such a magnificent monument. Contrary to what was advertised, there was no time to eat. The timing for rest stops during the bus rides was inaccurate, and there were no food options near the starting point for our return. The guides spoke very little about Mont St Michel compared to other topics, where they were knowledgeable and engaging.
My partner and I took the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St Peter's Basilica tour with a guide and it was FANTASTIC! The guide was incredibly friendly and full of energy! The tour was detailed and informative, thanks to the guide's professionalism. I highly recommend this experience to anyone fortunate enough to have them as a tour guide.
We had a train scheduled that we missed and tried to work with the service. We paid extra for rescheduling, and they confirmed everything was fine, assuring us we could travel the next day. Out of the blue, they canceled, causing issues with our itinerary. I requested a full refund due to unmet expectations and am still waiting for a response.
We participated in a morning tour and arrived on time at the designated meeting point, but the experience became a nightmare. The address given was incorrect, and the guide was absent — we were left standing in a dark area before sunrise with no visible assistance. We attempted to call for help but received no response, resorting to texting them in a chaotic situation. By the time we received a reply, it was too late to find the bus. As first-time visitors, we followed the instructions provided, but the lack of clear communication and support was appalling. Instead of taking responsibility, the company blamed us and demanded €25 per person to rebook for a date we had already left. For a tour costing €250, this service level is unacceptable and wasted our time and resources.
I paid £308 for a tour and felt completely ripped off. We literally did nothing for the first two hours. You could easily do this tour on your own for much less money and have a better experience. Half of our group got frustrated and left. I've reached out to the service but have heard nothing back. The next day, we did the Coliseum tour, which was much better for the same price. Avoid the Vatican tour; it was a broken promise, and all we did was enter the museum, which you can do for a fraction of the cost.
I am very dissatisfied with this service! Our visit to a major attraction was canceled due to a Royal visit. While I understand the necessity for security, we booked a week in advance when the company should have been aware of the closure yet still charged us £60 per ticket for two. We received no communication about the cancellation and only found out upon arrival. A meager 5% refund was offered, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no guide present, and the so-called audio tour was an app that drained our phone batteries and was unrelated to what we were viewing.
