Review Time
I ordered an Elgato 4K S on the 23rd of October. After waiting for 6 days, apparently my order is now “closed”? I didn’t receive the item nor a refund. Not even an email confirming my order or telling me the status of it. Guess what? There isn’t even a refund option on the website, you’ll have to email them when they don’t even email you.I absolutely regret buying from them instead of Amazon just to save 10 pounds.
Title: My order arrived finally!I ordered from LaptopHub on 20th September 2025, and nothing has ever arrived. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times, but they either don’t respond or give vague, unhelpful replies.It’s now been weeks with no product, no refund, and no accountability. This feels completely untrustworthy and unacceptable.Finally after posting a review here I was contacted and my order sent overnight by DPD. The product was favourably priced. Arriving 16th October.The site seems to have some serious process issues, which is clearly interfering with what appears to be well priced products.
Looking to purchase a laptop but they only provide an email address no phone number.. Looked at their trust pilot which looks good, but all the good reviews look fake.. all the reviewers have done 2 reviews, this website and pinntech.. so 100% not genuine reviews. Beware
