I placed an order for a Dell Monitor on 10 Novemer 2025 . The delivery was supposed to be within a maximum of 7 working days. The status is still showing as being processed on the website, however. I have written several emails, and used their contact form on the website, requesting the status, when it would be delivered, and the courier name. However I have not received any acknowledgement of my emails let alone an update. I now have now no alternative but to request a ful refund. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service.
Update On 28 November i received a text from FedEx saying the I’d receive my delivery on 1st December between 8.20am and 12.20pm - no details of who the delivery was from. On 1st December- nothing happened until 12.30 when the FedEx Webb site said they were sorry but we still trying to deliver the goods - I became suspicious! However at 15.30 my lens arrived! So score improved A scam site - ordered a Sigma lens - payment processed and online page should have given tracking information - but none found!! Beware the site is still live!! The previous reviews look fake - for example Julio Cesar - gave a great report - only joined TrustPilot on 19 November - the day before I placed my order!
I made a purchase for a camera lens from LaptopHub on November 9th, 2025, and as of today 20th of Nov, I still have not received my order. What’s even worse is the complete lack of communication from their side. There is no working phone line to reach them, and despite sending multiple emails, I have not received a single response.This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Laptophub please I need my refund ASAP, as it’s clear I’m not getting my order and the company is not making any effort to resolve the issue. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and a huge inconvenience especially as a new mum trying to focus on my little one. Instead of receiving the product I paid for, I’ve been left dealing with unnecessary stress and uncertainty.I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this seller.
was searching Marketplace for a laptop, came across this place - out of the way but well worth a visit - I went with a particular laptop in mind. Dealt with Andy in there who quite clearly loves what he does. Anyway the upshot is I ended up with a much better laptop than I imagined thanks to Andy. He even stripped it and upgraded the hard drive for me whilst I waited, he may even have me into Dr Dre after demonstrating his sound system! Make the trip, give this place a try, loads of stock to choose from, talk over what you need Andy will sort it and make it happen for you.
